Every once in a while we get so many positive reviews about a particular pet product, we wonder how competitors can compete. One of those products is the Lectro Kennel Heated Pet Bed by K and H.  It was cold yesterday in Michigan and guess where my dog was? Laying on the Lectro-Kennel in front of the window watching the beautiful snow fall. (It reached 1 degree here with a windshield of 30 below). The K and H Lectro-Kennel heated mat provides safe radiant heat that matches your pet's body temperature. An internal thermostat keeps the temperature of the pad warmed to your pet's normal body temperature. This is important to remember. The pad and it's heating unit is "reacting" with your pet's own body heat to ensure that it doesn't get too hot, but still warms and keeps your pet warm. The durable, sanitary ABS plastic pad has an UL- approved electric cord that is coil wrapped to prevent chewing. No moving parts ensures your pet's safety and requires no maintenance. We use our heated pad outside of a kennel, but if you are purchasing the Lectro-Kennel for a house or crate, your pet must be given the option to lay on or off the heated pad has he chooses.
